Since August 2025, Peerox has been part of the tracetronic Corporate Group. For our customers, this primarily means more security, more stability, and more opportunities \u2014 from long-term planning certainty to the implementation of large-scale projects. <\/p>\n\n

Developing enterprise software is demanding \u2014 technically, technologically, and economically. Those who build a product with real added value invest years in development, quality, sales, and customer support. Production companies rightly have high expectations in these areas, which we are happy to meet. Therefore, it was clear early on: If we want to revolutionize knowledge management in production with MADDOX in the long term, we need not only conviction and commitment, but also the right financial and strategic framework.Public seed funding through the EXIST-Research Transfer<\/u><\/a> of the BMWi and initial strong customer projects enabled a rapid transfer of Fraunhofer research results into reliable industrial software. MADDOX was increasingly used by more customers, and we gradually built trust in the market.An important next milestone was the year 2023: With S\u00e4chsische Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (SBG<\/u><\/a>) and Technologiegr\u00fcnderfonds Sachsen (TGFS)<\/u><\/a>, we were able to attract two strong financing partners for the first time. This enabled us to specifically expand development and sales activities and initiate the next growth phase.With increasing market relevance, responsibility also grew. Because with every new customer, not only does our demand on ourselves grow \u2014 so does the expectation of stability, reliability, and long-term security.This is understandable, especially for larger software decisions. Customers not only want a powerful product but also the assurance that there is a long-term stable, capable, and resilient company behind it. This perspective is crucial, especially for larger rollouts, strategic digitalization projects, and corporate-affiliated structures. <\/p>\n\n

A Strong Partnership That Confirms Our Path<\/h2>\n\n

Against this background, we entered into discussions with tracetronic in 2025. tracetronic is a successful software company from Dresden with around 20 years of experience and a true success story in the region. In many trusting conversations, it became clear that we are connected not only by technological topics but also by a shared understanding of quality, sustainable growth, and cooperative partnership.The fact that tracetronic engaged in discussions and ultimately decided on a majority stake in Peerox is far more than a structural corporate decision for us. We also see this step as an accolade and a strong signal of appreciation for what we have built over the past years. An established and successful software company does not make such an offer by chance. It does so because it believes in the team, the technology, the product, and the future potential.This is also an important message for our customers: What we have achieved so far is not only seen as a success internally but is also valued, viable, and forward-looking by a strong market player.We openly admit: This step was not easy for us at first. Of course, one asks questions at such a moment. Would we have managed it alone? Would another path have been possible? Today, we can say with full conviction: It was the right decision at the right time.Since August 2025, Peerox, as an independent GmbH, has officially been part of the tracetronic Corporate Group \u2014 and we have not regretted this step. On the contrary: For our customers, this development primarily means more security, more performance, and more future prospects. For us, this is not a story of giving up, but a story of responsibility and further development. Responsibility towards our team. Responsibility towards our product. And above all, responsibility towards our customers, who place their trust in us with their projects, processes, and investments. <\/p>\n\n
