Technical check
Are the technical prerequisites met?
As part of a 60-minute online technical check, we will jointly review whether the technical prerequisites for implementing MADDOX are met.
In particular, we look at the existing IT and OT infrastructure (remote access options, security requirements, integration into existing IT ecosystems, end devices for use) as well as relevant framework conditions such as machine data interfaces. The goal is to assess technical feasibility and identify potential integration efforts at an early stage.
Strategy check
What expectations are being set?
As part of the 60-minute online strategy check, we jointly define the expectations and objectives for using MADDOX.
To this end, we bring together relevant stakeholders from executive management, plant management, IT/digitalization, production, engineering, and Operational Excellence (OPEX).
The focus is on an initial ROI assessment, the licensing model, and the objectives for the subsequent practical check. The goal is to create a shared understanding of relevance & benefits, success criteria, and the next steps.
Practical check
What must be achieved in the proof of concept?
As part of the practical check, we jointly validate which requirements and success factors must be demonstrated in the planned proof of concept (PoC). For this purpose, we conduct two half-day on-site appointments and involve both maintenance for the needs analysis and management for defining objectives.
The focus is on a production walk-through, analysis of requirements within the maintenance team, development of a suitable PoC concept, and the joint definition of measurable success targets for the subsequent evaluation of MADDOX.
