In finding solutions in various areas, we are supported by Qilmo with clever methods centered around Design Thinking. For example, we worked together to develop an interactive workshop for analyzing the production-relevant information flows of our (potential) customers. This allows us to understand customer-specific boundary conditions in much greater detail during the acquisition phase. Furthermore, the extensive preparation creates independent added value, even if MADDOX does not turn out to be the suitable solution in the end.

Our first rough idea for MADDOX often only generated a tired smile at first. It was different with dresden|exists. Sebastian Löbelt-Friedrich listened to us and recognized our vision behind the poorly structured and sometimes ill-conceived content. During the preparation of our EXIST research transfer application, he repeatedly and relentlessly put his finger on the open wounds with great personal commitment and several night shifts, showing us the weak points. Painful weak points that we, as founders enamored with our own ideas, would have liked to ignore or overlook. Without this intensive, honest support, we probably would never have received the seed funding. Even today, we enjoy working with the team from dresden|exists and regularly attend their startup events.
