We take a lot of time to find the right Peers (= employees). It is important to us that not only your professional hard skills fit, but also that we are a good match for you. If we have sparked each other's curiosity, we would like to get to know you in a relaxed conversation with a small group.
We want to learn what drives you, what you've always wanted to do, and what personal goals we can help you achieve. Afterwards, you will meet with our respective subject matter experts to assess each other's professional expertise.

You will be assigned a mentor. In addition, we have developed an engaging onboarding process that guides you through our realm step-by-step, introduces you to your colleagues, and familiarizes you with the central tools and projects.
