Student (m/f/d) for internal support

Are you still studying and maybe want to start your own company one day? Become part of our startup and shape the future of Peerox together with us. You can learn from us and later do things right from the start. We are looking for a student peer/supporter (m/f/d) for internal support outside of software development, covering a wide variety of tasks in customer projects and internal company organisation, for at least 10 hours per week.

What is our goal with you?

We want to really inspire you to start your own company. We will give you insights into a wide range of areas of company development, let you get hands-on and break a sweat. You will have to work through routine tasks as well as deal with completely new, exciting topics. In doing so, you will develop both personally and professionally.

Your new responsibilities:

Our peers need support in many areas of day-to-day work. This involves a broad mix of very different tasks:

“Make us scalable” – revising/creating processes and documents (user training, internal organisational instructions, qualification documents)
“Be faster than the customer” – investigative search for software bugs ahead of releases
“Make us attractive” – preparing various certifications (ISO, GxP)
“No money, no action” – support in controlling and finance
“Make us visible” – support with trade fair preparation and follow-up
“Play hard, work hard” – support in preparing internal workshops and events

Your ideal profile:

There will not be ONE single task. That means you will regularly have to (and be allowed to) familiarise yourself with completely new things and learn. Many people find that stressful. Some others find it exciting. We need the latter. Technical skills play a secondary role. What matters to us is a willingness to learn new things, a high level of resilience to frustration, reliability and independence.
