What is our goal with you?

We want to make you an expert in distributed architecture. Together with our development team, you will develop features and implement them in professional, scalable software. You will then become a core component of a rapidly growing company and will build the necessary structures in software development together with us.

Your expertise and targeted professional development are always our top priority. Both are the foundation for our evolution from the startup Peerox to a powerful company. In this context, you will have employees at your side who will support you in implementing your ideas and tasks. Later, you will use your expertise and experience to develop new Peers and make them (more than) good developers and a central component of our company.

Your new responsibilities:

Development and advancement of our AI-powered software solution MADDOX
Design and implementation of new features – from concept to production deployment
Development of modern backend and frontend components
Integration and processing of machine and production data
Collaboration on scalable software and service architectures
Close collaboration with our interdisciplinary team of mechanical engineers, developers, and AI specialists
Active participation in shaping architecture, processes, and technical decisions

Your ideal profile:

Essentially, you primarily need curiosity, initiative, and the willingness to learn something new every day. If you enjoy solving technical challenges and taking on responsibility, you’re an excellent fit for us. Additionally, experience in the following areas is advantageous:

Programming languages: Python, JavaScript
Frameworks: Flask, Vue.js
Containers & Architecture: Docker, Service Architectures
Software Development: API Design, Enterprise Architectures, Message-oriented Middleware
Ideally also: Domain-Driven Design, functional programming, DevOps, and IT Security
